Chocolate Almond Crisps

I added cocoa powder to this recipe, and they held their shape on the baking sheet. Next time I make these with the cocoa powder, I'll flatten the blob out first...then they'll cook up nice and crispy. Turned out to be a nice chewy cookie just the same, and delish!!!

Has anyone tried subbing Honey for sugar?
