What is gluten free? Are oats gluten free? What is Celiac Disease? Can you get gluten free food in restaurants?

These and so many other questions have come up for me over the years. I get them from my friends too, either out of curiosity, or they want to share a meal, or they know someone else on a gluten free diet.
