Gluten Free Restaurants
Can Be A Real Treat

Gluten Free Restaurants, meaning 100% free of gluten, are a real treat for people with gluten sensitivity. Being able to order anything off the menu gives you a real sense of confidence. You know you aren’t going to get contaminated food and risk your health by eating out. It allows you to relax and enjoy yourself.

These restaurants are popping up here and there, but may still be hard to find. There are other restaurants serving gluten free food though, including restaurants that have a gluten free menu in addition to their regular menu, and restaurants serving gluten free pizza.

100% Gluten Free Restaurants

There are some pretty amazing restaurants on this list! Help me make this the best list by sharing your favorite gluten free restaurant.

Some restaurants famous for being gluten free aren’t 100% GFree, but most of their items are available GFree, like Risotteria in New York.
These are listed in the section below.

They serve many baked goods including bread, bagels, pies, cakes, cookies and brownies, as well as ravioli, pastas, tamales, quiche, pizza and entrées. Posana CaféPosana Café in Asheville, North Carolina is 100% gluten free according to the owner, who has Celiac Disease herself... If you are in the area, please give them a try!

Some sample items include pancakes, omelets, corn tortillas, and home fries at breakfast; Saturday and Sunday brunch you’ll find french toast; lunch and dinner menus include many salads, soups with home made breadsticks, and a variety of sandwiches and entrées.
