Amazing Sugar Free Almond Cake with Truvia!!!

I just made the cake. I made the almond extract version. Instead of sugar I used Truvia (1 cup of sugar = 1/2 cup of Truvia (does not change the flavor nor add after taste). Where the recipe asked for 2T of sugar I added 1T of Truvia. It was total perfection.
If anyone is having a hard time with the egg whites, try letting get to room temperature before beating them.
